My client requires a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their team in Leatherhead. General duties to include the provision of first and second line support on both hardware and software. You will have First*Second Line helpdesk support experience and some of the following skills:- Specific hardware and operating knowledge on Dell, Compaq and HP producta. Systems*Software, Systems Architecture (e.g. client*server architecture, Web based systems), Standard operating systems (Windows XP),Security issuses (e.g. virus protection, physical and access security), Database management systems (e.g. SQL interfaces, remote data), Network and systems management (e.g. Ethernet, SNA, WAN) Knowledge of MS Office including Access , Good telephone and communication skills.
